Access Information:

We have parking directly outside of the workshop.

We are happy to help you with items in and out of your car.

There is a large roller shutter door which is often open, allowing a wider access point with a gradual slope in. This allows us to get deliveries of items like glass and lengths of moulding but also offers an alternative access to the main reception desk for anyone using a mobility aid. From here we can take you round to the reception desk or work on one of the work benches to look at your work.

The main door has a small step and there is seating available inside.

The lighting is either strip lighting overhead or led panels, all of which can be turned off on request.

We tend to play fairly loud (sometimes obnoxious) music but we are happy to turn this down or off if you find it overstimulating or distracting.

A note on Covid Safety: We have surgical masks available and our staff are more than happy to wear masks and keep safe distance to ensure the safety of anyone who is vulnerable. Your comfort and safety are important to us.
